As a manager you are able to re-open an objective to allow modifications. This essentially puts the objective back into draft mode.
Once the modifications have been made, the objective can be confirmed again.
First, click on an objective to open it. Then open the 'Options' menu on the top right and select 'Change the original objective'.
The objective will re-open in draft mode for your team member to make any modifications, once they have made their changes you will be able to confirm the objective (if your account is configured for managers to confirm objectives) and the panel will reload showing the changes made.
