Note: You must have moderator access to modify a confirmed objective for an individual when acting as an admin.
In most configurations, once an objective has been confirmed an individual cannot modify their own objective.
Go to the Admin Centre > People Tab > Filter and search for the individual within the 'Specific employee' field and click search results.
Click onto the individuals name and click on the individuals Objectives tab. This will take you to their Objectives page.
Managers and moderators can re-open an objective to allow modifications. This effectively puts the objective back into draft mode. You will find the objectives in the 'Archived' section on the page.
Once the modifications have been made, the objective can be confirmed again.
First, click on an objective to open it. Then open the Options menu on the top right, select Change the original objective.
The objective will re-open in draft mode.
Make your changes and save it as draft or confirmed.
The objectives panel will reload showing your changes.
