Final ratings can be added to objectives for both the employee and the manager. When these are submitted to an objective, it will 'lock' the objective for the employee and no further updates can be made.
This is what the final rating will look like on your team members objective:
Draft v submitted final ratings
When you're ready to release your final rating to your team member, select the 'Finished working on this objective?' tickbox. You can save a draft final rating by not selecting this tickbox - if your final rating is in draft, it won't be visible to your team member.
In some configurations, you will only be able to select a draft final rating. In this case, you won't see the 'Finished working on this objective?' tickbox and your HR team will submit your ratings in bulk once their calibration process is complete.
When you submit your final rating as a manager, it also marks the objective as 'finished'.
Unlocking your team member's final rating
If you need to 'unlock' an objective in order for your team member to change their final rating, you can do this from the 'Options' drop-down menu.
