Admins may need to make changes to an in-progress review. Typical scenarios are:
The review due date has changed
A reviewee/reviewer mistakenly submitted their responses and would like to edit them
Note: Editing the 'Stage' of an in progress review will not delete responses already added or unsubmit already submitted responses.
The review needs to be closed
The review needs to be deleted
The wrong review form has been selected and you’d like to correct it
Warning: Editing the 'Form' of an in progress review will hide all responses already added, we advise against doing this. Instead, create a new review using the correct form, ask the user to copy across their existing responses and then delete the incorrect review.
The reviewer needs to be updated to the reviewee's new manager(s) (please refer to our specific guidance on changing a reviewer on an in-progress review)
Editing a review individually
Via the Administration Centre
Click on the Administration Centre and then select the Reviews tab.
Click on the 'Filter' button to find the review.
Click 'Edit', make your required changes and click 'Save changes'.
Via the user's profile
Alternatively, you can edit a review directly from the reviewee's profile. Start by searching for the reviewee to go their profile, then click on their 'Reviews' tab.
Click on the three dot menu in the corner of the review, then 'Edit details'.
Make your required changes and click 'Save changes'.
Editing reviews in bulk
To edit existing reviews in bulk, click on the Administration Centre and then select the Reviews tab.
Click on the 'Filter' button to narrow down your reviews, if needed.
Click 'Bulk actions' and then 'Edit in bulk'.
Unlock the field(s) you'd like to update by selecting the checkbox next to them. Click 'Save changes' and you'll be asked to confirm how many reviews you're editing.
