What is Guide Versioning?

Every time you publish a Guide, a new version is created! This ensures you can track the updates to your guide over time or even revert back to a previous version if needed.

Types of Guide Versions

The different versions of your Guide that you can view are as follows:

  • Draft Version: This is the working copy of your Guide where edits are saved but not yet published. A new draft is created every time you publish your Guide.

  • Live Version: This is the currently published version of your Guide, which is visible to users accessing your Guide on the applicable workspace(s).

  • Previous Versions: These are older, previously published versions of your Guide that you can access at any time.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Check the Activity Log to track & review all of the changes made to your Guide.

View Previous Versions of Your Guide

  1. Open your Guide

  2. Under the Guide Title, click on DRAFT VERSION

  3. Select the Guide Version you would like to view

  4. Click VIEW VERSION.
You are now viewing the selected version of your Guide.

  5. To go back to your Draft Version for editing, click BACK TO DRAFT

Revert to a Previous Version of Your Guide
