Checking the Activity Log πŸ”Ž

Review changes and activity on a guide related to content changes, approval updates, and published versions

Updated this week

The Activity Log helps you monitor and track all the changes made to your Guide. This allows you to see the exact details of what changed, by whom, and when. With the Activity Log, you can track the following:

✏️ Content Changes

Track the exact changes made to your Guide, including edits to steps, step notes, checks, or visuals. Whenever possible, the activity log includes a link to the specific location of the change. Clicking View will take you to the last version of the edited element. A few things to note:

  • If an item is edited multiple times in the same version, clicking View will take you to the most recent state. Details of each change are visible by expanding the event in the Activity Log.

  • In some cases, links may not be available. This can happen in scenarios such as:

    • Elements created, edited, and deleted within the same version

    • Instructions moved to a different guide

    • Changes made a version of your Guide that was rejected

βœ… Approval Updates

Check the status of your guide approval workflow. You'll be able to see who still needs to approve your guide, who rejected a guide including what feedback was left, or if an approval request was withdrawn.
