Why isn't my Guide published even though it has been approved?

A Guide needs to be approved by ALL approvers before it is published

If your Guide has been approved by someone but is still not published, itโ€™s likely because not all required approvers have completed their approval. For a Guide to be published, every approver in the team must approve it.

With the Activity Log, you can easily check who still needs to approve the Guide.

  1. Open your Guide

  2. Click the Guide Menu on the top-right corner of your screen

  3. Select View activity to open the Activity Log

  4. Use the filters to see only changes related to 'Approval Updates'

  5. Select the arrow to expand the details of the most recent approval update. You will see who still needs to approve your Guide.
