This procedure explains how to automatically send restocking files to an SFTP server.
1. Create a report schedule
From the STS, create a new report schedule.
Then select the report containing the restocking information you wish to send.
2. Select the sending method
In the ‘Send method’ field, select the option:
SFTP
Then enter or select the connection details for the relevant SFTP server.
3. Set the execution time
Choose the frequency and time at which the report is to be generated.
Each time the scheduled task runs, the file will be automatically created and then sent to the SFTP server.
4. Retrieve the file
The file will be automatically placed in the designated folder on the SFTP server.
The client can then retrieve it and use it according to their own requirements and replenishment process.
