STM V5 introduces major improvements in the management of Click & Collect deliveries, offering greater flexibility to delivery staff.
🆕 New Features
It is now possible to:
📦 Partially deliver an order
➝ Example: 2 items delivered out of 3📥 Place several items in the same locker compartment
🗂️ Split the same order across several different locker compartments
🎯 Objective:
Optimize the available space and make delivery management easier.
👥 Delivery Access
Delivery is available to the following profiles:
Supervisor
Expert replenisher
Delivery person, via delivery code
🔑 Login with Delivery Code
It is possible to deliver without a badge or STM account.
On the home screen:
Click on “Log in to your account”
Select “Delivery person”
Enter your 6-digit delivery code
This code is available in the STS or in the Click & Collect report.
➡️ Once the code has been entered, you directly access the relevant delivery.
🖥️ Accessing the Delivery
If you are logged in with an account:
➝ Go to the “Delivery” tab.
If you are using a delivery code:
➝ You are taken directly to the order to be delivered.
📋 Delivery Procedure
Select the order to be delivered.
2. Review the list of items to be delivered.
3. Click on one or more items.
📦 Placing the Items
Select an available Click & Collect locker compartment.
The locker compartment must have been configured beforehand in the STS.
Locker filters are available by machine or by locker compartment size.
2. The locker compartment opens.
➡️ Two cases are possible :
✅ Everything is compliant
➝ Place the items in the locker compartment and click on “Validate”.
❌ Problem, such as size issue, etc.
➝ Click on “Cancel” to interrupt the action.
🔁 Continuing the Delivery
Repeat the operation for the other items in the order.
➡️ You can:
Continue the delivery, either complete or partial
Use one or more locker compartments as needed
✅ Result
The deposited items are available to the user
The order can remain partially delivered until completion
⚠️ Important
The locker compartments must be configured as Click & Collect in the STS
A delivery can be cancelled before validation if there is a problem
Delivery flexibility allows for better management of the available space
