This tab is available to the following profiles:
Expert replenisher
Supervisor
Replenisher
š The tab only appears if items with reference tracking are present in the machine.
š Control Indicator
An orange notification is displayed when one or more items need to be checked soon.
ā”ļø This makes it possible to anticipate verification operations before the control date.
š„ļø Operation
When accessing the feature, two sections are available:
š„ 1. References to Be Checked
This section allows you to:
Identify items requiring a control
Retrieve the items directly from the machine for verification
š¤ 2. Checked References
After the control, this section allows you to:
Place the item back into the machine
Enter the next control date
ā”ļø Two possibilities:
Date already defined in advance in the STS, with the possibility to schedule several dates
Manual entry directly on the STM when placing the item back
ā Result
Once the operation has been validated and completed:
The item is returned to stock
It is available again for users
It remains usable until the next control deadline

š New Feature
Since STM V5, it is now possible to bulk import reference tracking data via the STS.
This feature saves a considerable amount of time by avoiding individual entry, especially when creating or updating many tracking records.
Bulk import therefore makes it easier to manage items requiring traceability, while ensuring fast and structured data integration.
