The Click & Collect feature allows STM users to order items that are not available in the machine, directly from the screen.
🔓 Access to the Feature
If access has been enabled for the user:
➡️ A “Click & Collect” tab is available on the STM.
📚 Access to Catalogues
Depending on the company configuration, the user can access:
🛒 SAM Catalogue, global catalogue
🏢 Company catalogue
📦 Order Tracking
An “Orders” tab is also available.
➡️ It allows users to view:
Current orders
Click & Collect order history
🛒 Placing an Order
Access a catalogue
Select the desired item(s)
Add them to the basket
Confirm the order
⚙️ Restriction Management
Depending on your company’s settings, a validation workflow may be applied to orders.
➡️ In this case, the order must be approved by a supervisor before being processed.
📩 Order Tracking
Once the order has been placed:
➡️ The user can track its status in the “Orders” tab.
Exemple : 2 articles delivered / 3 ⬇️⬇️
📦 Partial Receipt of Items
During future logins:
➡️ The user can view the status of their order.
➡️ Example: 2 items delivered out of 3.
The user can then:
Collect the available items immediately
Wait for the remaining items to be delivered
