This procedure is a step-by-step guide to carrying out an advanced refill.
To begin, clock in on the machine. Please note that your STM user role must be set to ‘Expert Replenisher’ in order to carry out an advanced restock. Once on the home screen, click on ‘Advanced Restock’.
You will then see a list of your rooms and the virtual bins that make them up displayed on the screen. In this example, let’s assume we want to replenish the virtual bin ‘Sam Store-211’ in the ‘Sam Store’ room. Select the virtual bin you wish to replenish.
Once you have selected your virtual container, you will be taken to its restocking page, as shown in the example below. A filled box indicates that all items assigned to that box are present. A hatched box indicates that the bay is empty. You can fill all boxes with an assigned item using the ‘Fill’ button. The ‘Empty’ button will, of course, empty all boxes.
In our case, we want to fill slot B2. So select slot B2. The assigned item will then appear on the screen. We can see that only one item is assigned to this slot and that there are currently none there. Click “Fill” to fill the slot.
It is possible to fill other slots if necessary. In this example, we also want to fill slot C2. So select the other slot you wish to fill. As before, the details of the assigned item will be displayed. Click on “Fill” to fill slot C2.
Once all changes have been made, go to the “Changes” tab on the right-hand side of the screen to check your work. Then click “Confirm changes” to confirm.
Once you have clicked this button, the restocking will be processed. You can also use the “Open Hatch” button at the top right of the screen to open the X’Store hatch and collect the keys to your room.
Your advanced top-up is now complete.
