Here, we will explain how to perform a single item retrieval on your machine, followed by a multi-item retrieval.

I. Retrieving an Item

To retrieve an item from your machine, start by scanning your badge on the reader to identify yourself.

You will then be directed to the machine's home screen.

To retrieve an item, press the "Take" button.

You will then be directed to the product categories page, displaying the available items in your machine.

In this case, let's assume you need PPE.

Press the "PPE" category button.

You can now see the items available in the PPE category.

In this example, let's say you need gloves in size 10. Press the compartment corresponding to size 10 gloves to add the item directly to your cart.

Once the gloves are in your cart, press the "Validate Cart" button as shown below.

The turret will then begin rotating to bring the requested product in front of a compartment. The compartment will then open.

Take your product and close the compartment.

Finally, your retrieval will be recorded, and you can either proceed with a new retrieval (new action) or log out of the machine.

Note: Once the time has elapsed, you will be automatically logged out of the machine.

II. Performing a Multi-Item Retrieval

A multi-item retrieval refers to taking multiple units of the same product when multiple items are stored in a single compartment. For example, in the case of gloves, several pairs may be stored in the same compartment. Assigning multiple items to a compartment helps optimize space in your machine.

To perform a multi-item retrieval, follow the same steps as for a single-item retrieval up to the point where items are added to the cart.

Continuing with the gloves example, this time add the number of pairs you need.

For instance, if you need three pairs, press the gloves compartment three times. Your cart will then display three pairs of gloves, as shown below.

Once the desired number of items has been added to the cart, the turret will begin rotating and open the compartment, allowing you to retrieve the items as shown below.

Close the compartment, and your retrieval will be recorded. You can then either perform a new action or log out.

Note: Once the time has elapsed, you will be automatically logged out of the machine.
