The Sam hotline offers a support and assistance service dedicated to responding to customer queries and concerns. Available Monday to Thursday from 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm, and Friday from 8.30am to 4.35pm, the hotline is committed to providing effective support to ensure customer satisfaction. Please note that this service is not available on public holidays.

For assistance, technical support or to make a complaint, customers can contact our hotline on 07 44 92 13 00. We understand the importance of smooth and efficient communication, which is why our team is trained to offer precise answers tailored to each situation.

In addition to telephone support, customers can also contact us by e-mail at clamation@sam.eu.
