First time log in
The first time you log into the Portal you will be sent a Welcome email to you pharmacy email address. It will have a subject line of "Hey! Welcome to the Hey Pharmacist Portal!"
This email have been chosen by you pharmacy and accessible in your pharmacy. It may be different to your accounts / billing email.
In the email you will be provided with a temporary password and you will need to change this when you log in for the first time for security. Keep your new password safe.
Daily log in
You will need to use your chosen password to log into the Portal. This will be the password that you chose at first log in, and different to the temporary one you were provided in your Welcome email.
