If a workout doesn’t show as completed and the next session stays locked, here’s how to fix it.
Important: You need to complete more than 60% of a workout for it to count as finished.
If you've done that but the session still isn't saved, try these steps:
Quit the app.
Remove it from your list of active apps to ensure it's not running in the background.
Reopen the app.
If that doesn’t help, try the following:
Delete the app.
Restart your phone.
Install the app.
Wait a few minutes before opening it.
