If you’d like to redo a workout you’ve already completed — whether to improve your performance, get in some extra activity, or just because you enjoyed it — you can do it in just a few taps:
Go to the Plan tab.
Select the workout you want to repeat.
Tap Completed at the bottom to start the workout again.
You can repeat any completed workout as many times as you’d like. It’s a simple way to stay consistent, improve your progress, or revisit a favorite program.
