Our workout programs are designed to be simple and accessible. In most cases, you’ll just need a mat and comfortable clothes.
Some programs may also include exercises that use everyday household items — such as a chair, wall, bed, or pillow — to help with balance, posture, or relaxation. In addition, certain workouts may suggest using small fitness tools. Depending on the program, you might need:
A softball
A release roller or foam roller
Resistance bands
A small kettlebell (2–4 kg)
Occasionally, other items specific to certain workouts
We aim to keep equipment requirements minimal so you can focus on how you move — not what you move with.
How to know what you need for each workout
To check which equipment is needed for a specific workout:
Go to the Plan tab.
Tap Go to Workout for the session you want to do.
The equipment required will be listed before the workout begins.
This helps you prepare in advance and get started smoothly.
