Adjust your fitness level
Set your fitness level to Beginner to access easier, low-impact sessions that suit your needs. To do this:
Go to Profile settings.
Tap Change workout plan.
Select your workout program and problem areas.
Choose Beginner as your fitness level.
Use the workout catalog
The workout catalog in the Workouts tab is a great place to find sessions that match your level. Here’s how to explore beginner-friendly workouts:
Go to the Workouts tab.
Use the time filter to choose sessions that are 5–10 minutes long.
Set the fitness level to Beginner.
Move at your own pace
Feel free to move at a pace that works best for you — pause, rest, or modify movements if needed. You can also preview workouts in advance to get familiar with the flow.
Pay attention to your comfort
During each session, listen to how your body feels. Avoid any movements that cause discomfort. Your well-being is the most important part of your fitness journey. Remember, exercise should be enjoyable to help you build a lasting healthy habit.
