At the moment, our app doesn’t support having multiple workout plans at the same time. We’re working on this feature, and it will be available in 2025.
Meanwhile, you can try different workouts by changing your program. Here’s how:
Go to Profile settings.
Tap Change workout plan.
Select the workout program you are interested in.
Trying different workout programs each week will keep your fitness routine exciting. Choose a new program that focuses on different exercises or goals each week.
This variety helps maintain motivation while working different muscle groups. Plus, adding diversity to your routine makes workouts more enjoyable and can accelerate your progress!
