Want to diversify your fitness routine by following multiple workout plans? While our platform currently focuses on one primary plan, here are effective ways to incorporate variety and achieve your fitness goals:

Explore the workout catalog

The Workouts tab offers a wide selection of individual Pilates sessions, allowing you to customize your routine. Follow your main workout plan from the Plan tab and add extra sessions from the catalog based on your needs.

You can filter workouts by:

  • Time – Pick sessions that fit your schedule.

  • Style & Goal – Choose workouts tailored to flexibility, strength, relaxation, and more.

  • Body zone – Focus on specific areas like abs, legs, or back.

For more details, check our Where to Find the Workout Catalog? article.

Join a challenge

You can follow a workout plan from the Plan tab and join a challenge from the Challenges tab at the same time. This way, you can add an extra focus to your routine.

Here are the challenges we offer right now:

  • 21-Day Pilates with Resistance Bands

  • 21-Day Pilates

  • 14-Day Face Yoga

Each challenge is designed to be fun, engaging, and results-driven. For more details, check our Where to Find Challenges.

Switch workout programs

Switching up your workout plan regularly is a great way to stay motivated and keep your routine fresh. Here's how to do it:

  1. Go to the Plan tab.

  2. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select the workout program you are interested in.

Changing your workout program weekly keeps things exciting, targets different muscle groups, and helps accelerate your progress!

These options ensure your workouts stay varied, enjoyable, and effective.
