Written by Khizer Islam

Note: this Guide uses the NSOC category as an example, however, the same process applies to all audit categories

1. Navigate to the Add Audit page. From My modules, choose NSOC and then Manage NSOC Audits:

To set up a new audit, click on Add a NSOC Audit:

2. Choose the settings. When you click Add a NSOC Audit, you get this screen:

Create schedule If you select this, the system will automatically set up fresh audits of the same type, on the same area, assigned to the same person, at regular intervals. The frequency of these will depend on the risk level assigned to the Functional Area in question. (The date and person allocated for scheduled audits can be adjusted without the schedule being cancelled.)

Audit template Within the NSOC module the NSOC template will be the only one available.

Audit type Select as appropriate.

Team The name of the person or team who will be carrying out the audit(s).

Release date Today or a date in the future.

Included Responsible groups Select all that apply.

3. Choose the Functional Area(s). When you have chosen the settings and clicked Next, you will be invited to choose the Functional Areas to be audited. Do this and click Submit.

4. Decide whether the audit will be signed off. You have the option at this point to require a sign-off before the audit can be recorded as complete. Anyone who signs off the audit gets an automatic email containing basic feedback from the audit, as well as instructions for getting more detailed feedback.

Click Next; your audits are now set up.
