How to Schedule Regular Audits

Note: this Guide uses the NSOC category as an example, however, the same process applies to all audit categories

1. Follow the usual process for creating an audit. On the page where you set it up, tick the box marked Create schedule:

This will set up an ongoing schedule, where audits of the same type, on the same Functional areas, assigned to the same Team, will continue to be released on a regular basis.

2. On the same page, select the release date. To select a future date, click on the calendar icon.

The date you select will determine the release dates of future audits in the schedule, according to the Risk level assigned to each Functional area.

Each Risk level has an audit frequency assigned to it, which you can see by going to the Configure Risks page. For instance, the FR1 Risk level is likely to have the time between audits set to 1 week:

Therefore, if you set up a schedule on an FR1 area, a fresh audit would be automatically released once a week.
