In the Users in charge and rights section, you can define the user rights during the entire life cycle of the notice, and who has the opportunity to see the notice in the system.
Main person in charge
The request or auction must always have at least one person in charge
The user can be selected from the drop-down menu, the user must have a username for Mercell Tendering
Deputy person in charge
Alternate responsible persons are not mandatory, but they have the same rights as the main person in charge.
Visibility
The function has the option to hide the request from other users in the system, who do not have permissions to it
Setting read-only rights
The function has these options to grant read permissions:
For all users
Only for the persons in charge
For persons in charge and selected users
