These are referred to as Mercell Forms within the Mercell Tendering platform. This requirement also applies to follow-up notices of notices that have been published in the old format. The last day for the Publications Office to accept notices in the old format was October 24, 2023.
To link a change notice to a previously published notice:
While in the Change notice form:
Fill in all the information from the previously published notice, with the exception of the fields that are part of the actual change. They shall be filled in with the latest, updated information
Click +Add Bidder Reference.
Select a bidder from the drop-down menu in the Bidder Identification Reference (OPT-310) field, if no options appear in the drop-down menu you must first add a bidder.
