How to Access Your Package Regions To manage the geographic regions associated with your account, follow these steps:
Navigate to Organisation management in your main dashboard.
Find your specific Organisation.
Click on Edit (via the 3 dots), and then navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
Locate your current package and select Manage package regions.
Selecting Your Regions Once you click "Manage package regions," a pop-up window will appear displaying the regions available to you.
Drill-down selection: You can tick the boxes next to the regions you want to add. You can also click to go down levels (e.g., from a country down to specific states or municipalities) for more granular control.
Subscription limits: The number of regions you are allowed to select depends entirely on your active subscription tier.
Greyed-out options: If a region is greyed out, it means it is not available on your current plan. (Note: If you are on the Business Plus package, you will have access to the full market without regional restrictions).
Important Note on Future Changes: Please choose your regions carefully. Once your regions are selected and saved, the system locks them in. If you need to make any changes to your regional settings in the future, you will not be able to do this manually; you must contact Customer Support to process the change.
