What are AI credits?
AI credits are the currency used to power the AI Bid Assistance features within the platform, specifically the Go No-Go Checklist and the Bid Buddy that support Supplier organisations. Whenever you generate answers to evaluate a tender opportunity using the Go No-Go Checklist or ask specific questions through the Bid Buddy, AI credits are consumed.
For instance, generating answers for a list of 20 questions in your Go No-Go checklist will deduct 20 credits from your balance.
An important feature of AI credits is that they are shared across your entire organisation. Once answers are generated on a Go/No Go checklist for a specific business opportunity, any other user within your organisation can view those answers without spending additional credits. Conversations with the Bid Buddy are user specific. Answers provided by Bid Buddy are not available for users in the same organisation
Who can purchase AI credits?
Only Organisation Administrators have the necessary permissions to purchase AI credits on behalf of the organisation.
If a standard user attempts to purchase credits when the balance is depleted, the system will prevent the purchase and instead send a formal request to the Organisation Administrators. The admins will receive this request via an in-app notification in the platform's notification centre, as well as via email, prompting them to top up the organisation's credit balance.
How and where to purchase AI credits Organisation Administrators can easily purchase AI credits by navigating to the platform's subscription settings.
Navigate to the Subscriptions area in your account settings.
2. Next to the option to buy licences, click on Buy AI credits.
3. Choose the type of credit package you wish to purchase:
Renewable Annual Subscription: A base add-on subscription where your credit balance is automatically reloaded each year. The cost and credits for this option are prorated to align with the expiry date of your current base platform subscription.
One-off Top-ups: If you have depleted your credits before renewal, you can buy a one-time top-up. Available bundles include 500, 1,000, and 1,500 credits.
4. Proceed to checkout. The supported payment methods for purchasing AI credits are credit card and bank transfer.
Once the transaction is successfully completed, the credits will be immediately added to your organisation's shared balance.
