Within Learning you will find:
Basic Introduction to Public Procurement – a course that explains the principles governing the public sector, threshold values, contracts vs. framework agreements, and the procurement and bidding process.
Advanced Introduction to Public Procurement – a deeper course covering strategies, bid preparation, the Q&A process, as well as handling complaints and legal reviews.
Together, these give you both the foundation and the practical support needed to succeed in public tenders.
