As a recap,
What is a Dynamic Purchasing System?
A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is a e-procurement system used by public bodies to buy commonly available goods, works, and services. It's an electronic tool similar to a framework agreement, but suppliers can join at any time. This continuous openness increases competition, provides a faster route to market, and makes it easier for new or small businesses to participate by reducing administrative burdens
In the DPS and Dynamic market tab, you can view your pending, submitted and approved requests to participate in dynamic purchasing systems.
Requests in progress (not yet sent) are found in In progress folder. Those sent are saved in Sent folder. Accepted requests are in the Accepted folder. Requests submitted in response to closed notices can be found in the Deadlines passed folder.
You can search for requests by

Cancelling a submitted request
If your request to participate has not yet been approved for the dynamic purchasing system, you can withdraw your application using the Cancel submitted request to participate function. Once the request has been cancelled, it can no longer be changed; instead, you must fill in a new request.
Once the request to participate has been approved:
E-mail list
Once your request to participate in a dynamic purchasing system has been approved, you can add people to the e-mail list so that they will receive e-mails related to the purchasing system in question.
You can add new addresses to the list in two ways:
Select a user included in the company profile from the drop-down menu and click Add.
Enter the person's name and email address in the field and click Add.
Adding an e-mail address manually does not automatically grant the user rights to the dynamic purchasing system, but the user will only receive notifications related to it.
If the person needs to view the purchasing system and the details of the participation request, they must have user information defined in the profile that was used to send the request to participate in the relevant dynamic purchasing system.

Once a supplier has been accepted into the procurement system, removal from the procurement system must be requested from the relevant contracting authority by submitting a termination request. You can submit a termination request from the Terminate request and decision on removal tab.
