How to manage your participation in Framework Agreements

Master the ins and outs of the Framework Agreements tab with this article, which is packed with everything you need to know about tracking your participation requests, organising team notifications, and getting stuck into those active mini-competitions.

As a recap,

What is a Framework Agreement?

A framework agreement in public procurement is a long-term arrangement between one or more public bodies and one or more suppliers to establish terms governing future contracts for goods, services, or works over a set period.

A framework agreement in public procurement is a long-term arrangement between one or more public bodies and one or more suppliers to establish terms governing future contracts for goods, services, or works over a set period.

In the Framework agreements tab, you can view your submitted and approved requests to participate in framework agreements. Requests submitted in response to closed announcements can be found in the Deadline passed folder, others will be found in the Active folder.

You can search for requests by

  • Publication name in the free text search field

  • Clicking on Add search criteria and selecting an organisation from the drop-down menu

Once the request to participate has been approved:

E-mail list

Once your request to participate in a framework agreement has been approved, you can add people to the e-mail list so that they will receive e-mails related to the framework agreement in question.

You can add new addresses to the list in two ways:

  • Select a user included in the company profile from the drop-down menu and click Add.

  • Enter the person's name and email address in the field and click Add.

Adding an e-mail address manually does not automatically grant the person user rights to the framework agreement, but they will only receive notifications related to it.

If the person needs to view the framework agreement and the details of the participation request, they must have user information defined in the profile from which the request to participate in the relevant framework agreement was sent.

Mini competitions

Once your participation request has been approved, you will also see any active mini competitions related to your request.

Click on a request to access the details of the notice and to complete the bid.
