Important: Procedure Type limitations Please note that in the initial release of the simplified tendering workflow only the Open procedure is supported. If your procurement requires a different procedure type (such as a negotiated procedure, restricted procedure, qualification system, or DPS), you must still proceed through the classic creation path.
Searching For Your Tenders
Finding specific tenders is quicker than ever. At the top of your overview, you will find an open search bar where you can look up tenders by their name, ID, or description.
Your results will populate in a clear list with sortable columns, allowing you to click the column headers to order your tenders exactly how you like. The columns available include:
Status
Procedure type
Additional Procedure (such as Dynamic purchasing systems, Dynamic markets, Framework agreements, or eAuctions)
ID and Name
Response due date
Person in charge
If you need a different perspective, you also have the option to sort your entire list by 'Last viewed' or in 'Alphabetical order'.
Filtering Your Results
To help you drill down into the exact tenders you need, we’ve included a robust set of filters. By default, the Responsible person filter is set to you, but you can adjust this and apply various other criteria, including:
Type and Status
Due date (using a from/to date range)
Estimated value (minimum to maximum)
Procurement notice type (Planning, Competition, Result, DAP, Contract modification, or Anticipated procurement)
Procurement notice subtype
Deputy person in charge
Nature of the contract
Is shared (Yes/No)
Handy Workspace Tools
We have several tools to help you manage your searches and results efficiently. With just a click, you can clear all your search criteria and filters to start fresh. You can also multi-select search results to manage several items at once, or easily remove selected items from your view.
Navigating Template Management
To keep your main overview clutter-free, we have separated template management from your day-to-day tenders and notices.
You can now gain access to edit your existing templates by heading over to the Settings menu and selecting Tender settings. Here, you will find all your template-related settings neatly organised into specific categories:
Organisation templates
General templates
Structured Documents templates
ESPD templates
Award Decision templates
Pre-saved texts
Criteria library
Searching for Templates The template area uses the same friendly interface and search functions as your main overview tab, but it has been tailored specifically for templates. Because things like submission deadlines don't apply to templates, you won't see filters for 'Status' or 'Bid submission deadline', nor will you see the 'My tenders' view. Instead, we've added Nature of contract as a quick filter so you can find the perfect template in a flash.
