To ensure comprehensive access to business opportunities, the Monitoring Inbox displays a live view of all opportunity matches related to your active monitoring profiles. This allows you to search, filter, and review all relevant matches in real time.
As this is a live feed, it may also contain matches that you have not yet received via monitoring email.
Note: This article assumes you already have a subscription package that includes the ability to create a Monitoring profile and that you have created at least one profile on your account.
Accessing the Monitoring Inbox
If you have the monitoring subscription license, you can access all your profile matches by:
Navigating to the Monitoring Inbox in the left-side menu of your profile.
The Monitoring Inbox functions similarly to the Explore feature, but with key advantages:
Filters results based on your available monitoring profiles.
Provides faster and easier access to relevant results.
Updates matches in real time when changes are made to your monitoring profiles.
Displays additional matches immediately after new keywords or CPV codes are added to a profile.
Note: The match preview on the profile itself is limited. For a complete list of matches, use the Monitoring Inbox.
Make changes to your monitoring inbox matches
Any changes you make to your monitoring profile will be reflected in the Monitoring Inbox.
For example:
Adding a new CPV code, keyword, or region will immediately include additional matches alongside historical matches.
Removing items from your profile will remove the corresponding matches from the inbox.
