Note: Upon clicking Save profile, all modifications made to your profile become permanent.
Edit monitoring profile
Click your name in the top right corner of the page
Select Monitoring profiles from the drop-down menu
Click Edit on the profile you wish to edit
Click + Add CPV-codes to select more CPV codes
Or click + Add delivery regions to change the delivery region
Click Save after adding CPV codes or adding delivery regions
Make changes to the other profile sections if applicable
Click Save profile to save all the changes made to the Monitoring profile
Once you have made changes to your monitoring profile, the next alerts you receive will have these changes applied.
Guided mode: See the impact of your profile edits
It is now clearer to see how changes to your monitoring profile will impact the matches you receive.
With the help of Mercell’s guided mode, you can see how a specific keyword or CPV code impacts the number of matched opportunities you could receive, helping you make informed decisions before making changes to your monitoring profile.
Based on the changes you make, you will be able to preview up to 15 matches from the last 12 months, listed in order of publication date. If the matches seem relevant, it gives you the confidence to save the changes you have made.
If you would like to view more than 15 previews, then you should save the edits you have made, navigate to the Monitoring Inbox, where all the new matches will appear. Now you can have a deeper view of the results of your CPV and Keyword changes, and if needed, revert back to editing your monitoring profile to make further changes.
