Options available depend on your subscription plan.
Within your Monitoring Profile settings, you can enable or disable contract award updates. Contract award updates will provide you with the results of tender processes, showing which supplier won. Enabling this keeps you updated through notifications when contracts are awarded. This provides insight into competition whilst finding business opportunities.
Enabling contract award notifications
Navigate to your Monitoring Profiles
Select an existing profile name if you wish to amend it, or add New profile (or New profile with AI if you would like to use the AI profile builder)
Scroll to the lower half of your profile settings and look for the heading Contract awards. To enable or disable a setting, click the corresponding toggle based on your selection.
Scroll to the top of your profile settings and click Save profile
By default, Contract Award notifications are enabled for all new profiles created within the Mercell Bidding platform, including AI-generated profiles.
If you have a migrated profile transferred from a different Mercell system, it is recommended to review the Contract Award settings for your profile(s) to ensure your preferred selections are applied and align with your needs.
