How to create a Monitoring Profile with an AI Profile Builder

Navigate to Monitoring Profiles from within your account menu (Your name in the top right corner)

The next two steps act as prompts for the AI Profile Builder to begin constructing an accurate Monitoring Profile. For these fields, the more detail you can provide, the more relevant the generated profile will become.

1. Navigate to Monitoring Profiles from within your account menu (Your name in the top right corner)
2. Select New Profile with AI
 The next two steps act as prompts for the AI Profile Builder to begin constructing an accurate Monitoring Profile. For these fields, the more detail you can provide, the more relevant the generated profile will become.
3. Enter text to describe what your company does.
4. Enter text to describe what projects you are looking for.
5. Add your delivery regions
6. Click Next

An overview of the generated profile will appear (you can amend the CPV codes, Keywords and Delivery regions later, click Save profile.

Once the monitoring profile is saved, all the CPV codes and Keywords can be managed from within the monitoring profile.

All AI-generated codes and keywords are marked with a three-star icon for easy identification.

Note: The Keywords that the AI Profile Builder suggests are by default set as a Starts with [Keyword]. How keywords are used to provide match results can be managed separately.

How to edit a Monitoring Profile with the AI Profile Builder

Navigate to Monitoring Profiles from within your account menu

On the list of existing profiles, select Edit ​

1. Navigate to Monitoring Profiles from within your account menu
2. On the list of existing profiles, select Edit ​

You’ll see a banner at the top of the page inviting you to enhance your profile with AI. From there, you can quickly access AI-powered suggestions for Keywords and CPV codes.

You can either click the links directly from the banner or scroll down to the relevant sections to generate suggestions individually.

Under the header Keywords, select Suggest Keywords A window will open as Keywords are generated, this may take a few moments.

The suggested Keywords will appear Each has an X icon at the end, which you can select if you find the suggestion irrelevant. This will remove it from the list. If you wish to request more suggestions, you can select Generate more.

Click Add to transfer all the remaining keywords on the list to be used in the Monitoring Profile

1. Under the header Keywords, select Suggest Keywords A window will open as Keywords are generated, this may take a few moments.
2. The suggested Keywords will appear Each has an X icon at the end, which you can select if you find the suggestion irrelevant. This will remove it from the list. If you wish to request more suggestions, you can select Generate more. 
3. Click Add to transfer all the remaining keywords on the list to be used in the Monitoring Profile
