Request or Remove Access for Swift Axletree

To Request Access:

  1. Log in to the ISS Portal:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to ISS Portal.

    • Click on Login with SAML Single Sign-On.

  2. Initiate Access Request:

    • Click on Request a Service.

    • Click on Application Access Management Request.

    • Click on Swift Axletree Access Request.

Create User:

  1. Select Create User:

    • Choose Create User.

  2. Complete the User Creation Form:

    • Select the Swift environment the user needs access to.

    • Enter the domain user ID (the user that requires access).

    • Select the Swift profile unit (the unit that the user requires access to).

    • Select the Swift operator profile (the profile the user requires access to, refer to the Matrix).

  3. Submit the Request:

    • Click on the Add Request button.


Change User:

  1. Select Change User:

    • Choose Change User.

  2. Complete the User Change Form:

    • Select the Swift environment the user needs access to.

    • Enter the domain user ID (the user that requires access).

    • Select the Swift profile unit (the unit that the user has access to).

    • Enter the Swift username (matching the domain user ID) of the user that requires the change.

    • Select the Swift operator profile (the profile the user requires access to, refer to the Matrix).

    • Select the Swift current operator profile (the profile the user currently has access to).

  3. Submit the Request:

    • Click on the Add Request button.


Remove User:

  1. Select Remove User:

    • Choose Remove User.

  2. Complete the User Removal Form:

    • Select the Swift environment the user should be removed from.

    • Enter the domain user ID.

    • Enter the Swift username matching the domain user ID that should be removed.

  3. Submit the Request:

    • Click on the Add Request button.

Reset Password:


  1. Select Reset Password:

    • Choose Reset Password.

  2. Complete the Password Reset Form:

    • Select the Swift environment you require to reset the password for.

    • Enter the domain user ID.

    • Enter the Swift username matching the domain user ID that should be reset.

  3. Submit the Request:

    • Click on the Add Request button.


Disable User:

  1. Select Disable User:

    • Choose Disable User.

  2. Complete the User Disable Form:

    • Select the Swift environment that is required to remove the user from.

    • Enter the domain user ID.

    • Enter the Swift username matching the domain user ID that should be disabled.

  3. Submit the Request:

    • Click on the Add Request button.
