Steps to Reset Your Password:
Log in to the ISS Portal:
Go to ISS Portal.
Click on Login with SAML Single Sign-On.
Initiate a Service Request:
Fill in the Form and Add Request:
Fill in the form with the necessary details and click on Add Request.
Specify Access Privilege Action Requested:
Select Reset System User ID.
Choose OS400.
Enter the Domain User ID (the user that needs the password reset).
Select Application User:
Choose the OS400 Username (provide the user ID to be reset).
The following are AS400 users:
Teller
PIN Custodian/ATM Custodian
RCI/BPC
VQN
PAC
EIB
UAT
DEV
MCBQuery
Inter Island User (_a, _b, _s)
ATM Monitoring
Nostro User (_N)
Select Environment:
For PROD (if for CMB, MCBQUERY, SITE1 (S1016550))
For UAT (if for ZMCBUAT)
For Test (if for ZMCBDEV)
MCBGroup User ID Reset Request:
Select Access Privilege Action Requested:
Select Environment:
Choose PROD.
Choose WIN.
Note: If you have more than 2 AS400 users that need to be reset, you can request them all together.
