To Request Access

  1. Log in to the ISS Portal:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to ISS Portal.

    • Click on Login with SAML Single Sign-On.

  2. Initiate Access Request:

    • Click on Request a Service.

    • Click on Application Access Management Request.

    • Click on E-Apps Access Request.

  3. Complete the Access Request Form:

    • Select from the dropdown menu the application environment (PROD).

    • Select the company (this is the E-Apps from the island that is required).

    • Select the E-App branch (where the user will work).

    • Select the E-App department (the department where the user will work).

    • Select the E-App security role (this role should match the job title, refer to the Matrix).

    • Select the domain user (the user that requires access to E-App).

    • Click on the Add Request button

REMOVE user from E-App

  1. Log in to the ISS Portal:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to ISS Portal.

    • Click on Login with SAML Single Sign-On.

  2. Initiate Access Request:

    • Click on Request a Service.

    • Click on Application Access Management Request.

    • Click on E-Apps Access Request.

  3. Complete the Access Request Form:

    • Select from the dropdown menu the application environment (PROD).

    • Select the company (this is the E-Apps from the island that is required).

    • Select the E-App branch (where the user will work).

    • Select the E-App department (the department where the user will work).

    • Select the E-App security role (this role should match the job title, refer to the Matrix).

    • Select the domain user (the user that requires access to E-App).

    • Click on the Add Request button.

To Remove Access:

  1. Log in to the ISS Portal:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to ISS Portal.

    • Click on Login with SAML Single Sign-On.

  2. Initiate Access Removal:

    • Click on Request a Service.

    • Click on Application Access Management Request.

    • Click on E-Apps Access Removal Request.

  3. Complete the Access Removal Form:

    • Select the application environment (the environment the user should be removed from).

    • Select the company (the company the user should be removed from).

    • Select the domain user ID (the user that should be removed from E-App).

    • Click on the Add Request button.

Note: This process is automated. Once the request has been approved, the system will handle the addition or removal of access according to the submitted request.
