To request user access removal from email account

Please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the ISS portal: ISS Portal

    https://informationsecurityservices.corp.mcb-group.bnk/

  2. Click on "Login with SAML Single Sign-On".

  3. Click on "Request a Service".

  4. Click on "General Access Request".

  5. Click on "Access Request Form".

  6. Select the required options. For example:

    • Application Type: e-mail

    • Request type: Change User ID

    • Use the Comment field to write which access you would like to remove from which mailbox.

  7. Fill out all the necessary information and click Add Request.
