How do I update my personal details?

If you want to change your personal details in your contract or app (such as phone number, e-mail address, or name), you can do this in several ways. We recommend using e-mail or the chat function in the LIV app. You can also call us, but phone updates are more prone to misunderstandings.

Step-by-step: submit via e-mail or LIV app chat

  1. Open the LIV app or your e-mail program.

  2. Choose “Chat” (in the app) or compose a new e-mail.

  3. Include in your message:

    1. Your full name and the address of the rental home.

    2. The details you want to change (e.g., new phone number or new e-mail address).

    3. The effective date for the change, if applicable.

  4. Review your message carefully and send it.
