Follow these steps to resolve the issue as effectively as possible:
Talk to your neighbors
Approach them in a friendly and calm manner.
Explain what kind of disturbance you are experiencing (for example, the time, duration, or type of noise). Often, people are not aware that they are causing inconvenience, and a conversation can already help a lot.
If the disturbance continues
If the conversation does not lead to improvement, please contact LIV Residential via the chat in the LIV app or by email. Describe as specifically as possible when and how often the disturbance occurs.
Serious or urgent situations
In case of serious or urgent noise disturbance, you can call the police.
If there is an immediate threat or danger, call 112.
For non-urgent situations, call the general police number 0900-8844.
