Name Change
A name change can result in tenants being added or removed from the lease.
Important information:
A fee applies for a name change.
At least one original tenant must remain on the lease.
The start date cannot be changed retroactively.
New tenants and any guarantors will be screened.
The landlord reserves the right to refuse the request.
