A round up of the latest updates to the Local Energy Net Zero Accelerator (LENZA) in April!
Transport Data. For those who might have missed it last month: there are several new Field Dynamics’ datasets covering Off Street Parking Potential, Pavement Width and the ‘Giga Map’ available for your local authority in Map>Data>Transport & Mobility. These can be used to identify areas where residents lack access to at-home parking (and therefore at-home ZEV charging infrastructure), as well as where pavements might be wide enough to fit on-street ZEV infrastructure.
Consumer Vulnerability. Scottish and Southern Electricity Network have provided their ‘Consumer Vulnerability’ map, which brings together dozens of different measures of vulnerability across LSOAs in their licence areas. Check it out in the Map>Data>Socio Demographics folder
Data Stories. Data Story creators can name their sections to make it easier to re-order and find sections in edit mode. This change only affects edit mode.
Distribution Future Energy Scenarios. To make it easier to track projected total deployment of technologies over time we’ve added a graph to the Map>DFES view which show cumulative projected rollout across the entire local authority area.
Other Dataset updates.
LSOA and MSOA boundaries have been updated based on the 2021 Census data.
As always, you can find ‘how-to’ guides and videos in the LENZA Knowledgebase, as well as Live Chat support.
