Updated over a week ago

Here you can find all the app features that you may not know were available in our app to help you spend and save!

Page - Wallet

Loyalty Cards

  1. You can add loyalty cards on your regular brands, and you won't have to look through different apps or physical cards. Your gift cards and loyalty cards will all be in once place.

  2. You can find this in your Loyalty Cards tab in the wallet, find the brand you want to add this for, and either scan your bar code or manually enter your loyalty card code.

  3. Once a loyalty card is added for a brand, you will be able to quickly show or hide this barcode on any gift card page for this brand, saving you time at checkout.

  2. This will send out a URL link for your recipient to access the gift card information.

  3. Through the pop-up, select where and who you want to send this to. You can also download a gift card as a pdf or image, so that you can access it outside of the app.

Gifting

  1. Gifting allows you to transfer a gift card from your account to another JamDoughnut user. Your gifting link will also prompt the user to sign up or log in if it does not detect an account on their device.

  2. Your gift can be customised by adding a recipient name, a message, and a sender name.

  3. You can do this once your purchase is complete, at the end of the journey, or if you click into your purchase in your Activity History

  4. Do note that this is a one time access link, so once a user claims the gift card into their account, the link will no longer work. So make sure to send this to the correct user, and do not click on the link yourself!

  5. Once the gift card is claimed into a users account, they can find their gift card in their wallet like any other purchased gift card.

  6. Do note, if you purchase a gift card with cashback, and gift this to another user, you will keep the cashback earned!

  • Activity History

  1. In the top right corner of your Wallet Page, you can find the clock icon to see your activity history.

  2. This page will give you a breakdown of your total £ spent, your total points earned, and total cash out value.

  3. You can also look to scroll through a log of all your activity, including gift card purchases, Jamtastic purchases, Bonus points earned, cash outs, etc.
