Once you have purchased a voucher in JamDoughnut you can access it from within the App. You can also share a copy of the voucher. In this article we help you know how to use your voucher.

To use one of our cards in-store, just show the card’s unique barcode when you go to pay at the till.

If buying online, enter the card’s unique card number and PIN code to the gift card/voucher field at the checkout page.

For certain brands you can spend money in the App. In this situation you should go to your account and choose to add a gift card. Enter the code and apply. This will apply money to your account.

The brand to be aware of JustEat. Unlike the other food delivery Apps you need to enter the gift card into your online account (and not the App), the money is then applied to your account.

With Uber the money is applied to your account. When you book it will say payment from your card but the money should be taken from your account credit. Please ensure you have added the voucher in the gift card section before you take the trip.
