Home Page
You will be greeted with our home screen every time you’ve successfully logged in or signed up. Here you can browse the cashback we offer for each retailer we work with. You can find brands by search, by categories, or by simply scrolling through the page.
Click into any of the brands you would like to shop with to get started.
Any promotions will show at the top of the screen under Pumped Up
Merchant Screen
Clicking into any brands of interest will bring you to the merchant screen, where you will be able to see the available offer of cashback for that brand, as well as the platforms that the gift cards will be available to be used on, whether in store, online, and/or through their apps.
The merchant description will give a simple explanation on the transaction process, as well as any additional information associated with the merchant. Scroll down to view the Redemption Instructions and Terms & Conditions provided by the merchant.
Be sure to read through the information provided on the page as well as the two links, as different providers may have different terms regarding gift card usage across their platforms.
e.g. Lastminute.com Travel only allows gift card usage on products under "Hotels", "Flight + Hotel" (Holiday packages) or "Eurostar" (train + hotel packages), and cannot be used on flights only.
Transaction
When you are ready, pressing the Purchase Securely button will begin the transaction journey.
Transaction Amount
A window should pop up prompting the amount you would like to purchase. Note that brands may have different limits on the minimum and maximum amount a gift card can be. Some brands may also only offer fixed amounts you can choose from.
Transaction Method
Pressing the Purchase Securely button again should open this screen asking the user for their preferred payment method.
Note: We always recommend direct bank transfers as it will provide the maximum cashback points available!
Card payments through Google Pay and Apple Pay will provide a slightly lower cashback amount to cover payment processing fees.
Bank Payment
By clicking Pay by Bank, the next screen will prompt you to find your bank, and enter your bank details, or your device may be prompted to open up the associated mobile banking app to complete the transaction.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Alternatively, you can make a transaction with a card payment by clicking either Buy with Google Pay or Buy with Apple Pay depending on your device system.
Gift Card Usage
Once activated, you will be able to access and view your gift card, scroll through the page to find related information, including bar-codes, gift card numbers, PIN, reference numbers, etc.

Update Balance
Above your gift card, you will be able to Update Your Balance, allowing you to input the amount spent during each purchase, which will be subtracted from the balance in your gift card, helping you keep track of your remaining balance.
Share
On the top right corner is the share option, which will let you send the gift card to any of your contacts, through your communications applications, or to export it for yourself.
Wallet
Your wallet, which can be accessed by clicking on the wallet icon in the bottom hot bar found on the home screen, will be where you can find your active gift cards as well as other information, including current points and cashback total. Click on any of your active Prepay Codes to continue spending any balance remaining in the gift card.
Archives
To help with organisation and managing your gift cards, you can simply swipe right on a gift card you have finished using to move it into your archives.
Archived gift cards can be accessed through the View Archive selection, and archived gift cards can simply be swiped left on to be moved back into the active wallet.
