JamDoughnut gives you points. You can earn points for showing your loyalty to brands or for bonus activities. Each process gives you back points with 1 point being worth 1 pence. If you have 100 points you have £1 in cashback available.
As you spend in JamDoughnut we give you back points immediately. When you get to 1,000 points (£10) you can cash out. It is quick and simple.
Monies not received
If you have cashed out and not received your money do not worry, we will help you solve this issue. If you have not received an email confirming the payment has been made then the cash out is still pending. These are usually performed a few times throughout the day when our team is in the office.
If you have received the communication to confirm your cash out please check your bank account. Transfers are usually instantaneous but can take up to 2 hours to complete. Always check which bank account you sent the money to. If you cannot see the monies, do contact us and we can reconfirm the transfer for you.
Account details are incorrect
If you have entered the wrong account details then please contact us immediately. In most cases the payment will be rejected by the bank and so we will send the money back to your JamDoughnut account. Sometimes bank account details cannot be checked and so the payment can go through, so do let us know as soon as possible.
Cash out cancelled
If we cannot confirm your bank details when we try to send you your cash out, we will send your points/monies back to your JamDoughtnut account. If you can recheck your bank details and resubmit we will try again for you. If any issues arise, please contact us.
Changing your bank details
Each time you cash out, you can change your bank account details. This change of account can be done after you click cash out. We pre-populate all your bank details based on the previous cash out.
All the fields are editable on this screen so you can quickly change your bank details.
Cash Out to Voucher
We have just introduced a new feature to exchange your cashback points for a gift card in your desired brand. Simply send us a message and let us know the brand and how many points you would like to use.
