What is Win It Back
Win It Back is an exciting chance for you to win back up to 100% of your spending!
Every working day, Monday to Friday, at 4pm, the Win It Back Livestream begins, where 10 lucky winners will win back from 10% to 100% of their purchase back.
How Do You Win
There are a total of 10 rounds, where 11 users are selected from all the entered participants for a chance to win every round. Each round increases the Winback percentage incrementally by 10%, meaning round 1 earns the winner 10%, round 2 wins 20%, round 3 wins 30%, all the way to round 10 where a lucky spender earns all their spending back!
On each round, 11 users and their payments are selected at random from the pool of entries to be contestants this round.
Each contestant is assigned a number from 1 to 11. This correlates to the bottom Win Zone.
A Drop Zone will then randomly light up at the very top, where a JamDoughnut puck will be dropped.
The puck will then land in a numbered Win Zone, which correlates to the 11 contestants picked for the round.
The winner will be announced for the round, and we will move on to the next round.
Your Winback prize is added into your JamDoughnut account as points, which you can then Cashout into a bank or voucher accordingly.
How Are You Entered?
In order to be entered for a chance to win, all you have to do is purchase from a brand that is listed as a Winback brand. All users who purchase a Winback gift card are entered into the pool of potential contestants in the next eligible livestream.
Every round, 11 contestants are picked at random from the total pool.
On the JamDoughnut home screen, you can find all Winback brands under the Category of Winback. These brands will also have the Winback tag on their icon as well.
Making a purchase with a Winback brand grants you one entry, and making multiple purchases with the same brand, or with other Winback brands, will also be counted as individual and separate entries, which can increase your chance to get picked!
All purchases will be entered into the next livestream, and the cutoff for entries will be at 3:30pm. However, do not worry if you purchase on a day where the livestream has already ended, as you will be entered into the next livestream. All payments made on Friday after the livestream will go towards Mondays livestream.

If the Doughnut gets stuck while dropping at anytime, the current drop will not be counted. The Doughnut will be retrieved, and redropped from the same Drop Zone.

If you are picked as a contestant, and do not win on the round, you are entered back into the pool of potential contestants. This means if you do not win on a earlier round, you still have a change to be picked for a later round!
