How to refer a friend?
You can now find the refer a friend screen by clicking the Gift Box Icon on the bottom navigational bar.
Tapping on the icon brings you to the referral screen, where you can see your personal referral code, as well as information on our referral system and your current referrals.
Provide any new users you invite with this personal code to enter during sign up to be able to earn 800 points when they cash out for the first time! The current referral bonus will be stated on the page.
On your referral screen, you can also track how many people have used your referral code, how many have made their first purchase and how many users have performed their cash out so far.
How to enter a referral code?
When you are completing the sign up journey we will ask you for a referral code. Enter this as part of the sign up and ensure it is entered correctly. We will then ensure the person who referred you will get the points when you cash out.
Alternatively, us the link from JamDoughnut when sharing with your friends, and this will populate the referral code stage of their sign up with your referral code automatically.
