What is it?

Jamtastic is our exciting new prize competition where you can win amazing prizes like gift cards and physical items.

Tickets start from just 20p! You can also enter for free by post.

Each competition clearly shows whether the winner will be announced live or in the app.

With fair chances, limited tickets, and easy entry, Jamtastic is a fun and simple way to take part in daily prize draws.

How do I enter?

Entering is simple!

Simply click on 'Jamtastic', which is in the bottom middle section of the home screen and you will be directed to all the prizes draws we have available during that time period.

You can then navigate your way though the various prize draws, choosing the competition you would like to enter.

Once you have selected the competition, you can click 'enter competition', where you will be prompted to enter your date of birth to confirm your age, answer a simple question and finally select the amount of entries you would like to purchase.

Once you have selected the amount of tickets, simply click on 'buy tickets' below

At this stage you will be prompted to pay by 3 options: you can pay by points, pay with bank or pay with Google/Apple pay. The choice is yours!

Once purchase is complete, you will have a confirmation of your order via email. You can keep an eye on the timer for the prize draw and ensure you get your tickets before they are sold out!

How will I know if I've won?

If you win a Jamtastic prize draw, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of the draw closing.

You do not need to be watching the auto draws or live streams to win, but if you are, you’ll see the winner announced in the Jam Doughnut app!

You can also check the app at any time to see the results of past draws and whether your name has been selected.
