3. What do I do if I believe my IG Markets CFD trading position was closed incorrectly?

In any instances of unauthorized trades on your account, immediately write to us either via Chat or email at <a href="mailto:clients.sg@igmarkets.com" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">clients.sg@igmarkets.com</a> presenting all relevant information to the specific trade.

4. How do I close my IG Markets CFD trading account?

Clients can close their account by clicking into the "Profile" icon and selecting "Privacy &amp; security". Please note that prior to the account closure, clients must ensure all positions are closed and all funds have been withdrawn in both IG Market CFD account and IG Market Share Dealing account.
